Grantee success in Israel

Although many of us are still in lockdown here in the UK, some elite tennis is back on the cards again and for those able to travel, they are clocking up the experiences and the results are pouring in.

Israel held a J4 ITF tournament in January and Harry Lazell and Matthew Rankin (pictured) had a great tournament reaching the finals of the doubles event where they finally lost to the number 1 seeds, whilst Matthew also reached the semi finals of the singles event.

In the girls' events, Hephzibah Oluwadare reached the quarter finals of the singles and won the doubles event with her partner, Leyla Nilufer Elmas (from Turkey) beating the number 1 seeds in a tightly-fought final.
