Grantees take home titles at the 16U National Championships

Mimi Xu made it back to back titles when she won the 16U Junior National Championships this weekend after coming out on top of Hannah Klugman 6-3, 7-5 in a tightly contested final. Mimi then teamed up with Hephzibah Oluwadare to win the doubles event after clinching the third set tie break against Hannah Klugman and Abby Kelliher. Great to see our grantees working together on the doubles court and performing well at one of the main events of their season.

Henry Searle beat Viktor Frydrych 6-4, 6-4 to take home the title meaning he and Mimi will be rewarded with a wild card in to the main draw of Junior Wimbledon this year.

Benjamin Gusic-Wan and Jamie Diack claimed the doubles title after edging Oliver Bonding and Joseph Mazingham 6-4, 7-6 (8) in the final.
