Amarni Banks in W100 Final

Armani Banks will rise over 100 places on the WTA rankings after reaching the final of the W100 event in Shrewsbury. En route to the final Armani beat 3 players inside the top 200 including number 2 seed Oceane Dodin, 7-6 (8), 6-4. On entering the tournament, Armani’s ranking was outside the top 400 but she will soar to around the 300 mark, a career high for the 21 year old former grantee.

Armani will continue the indoor season in Glasgow next week where she will compete in the W60 event, good luck and congratulations on a break through week.
