Edmund wins back to back titles

Kyle Edmund has kicked off the 2024 season with back to back M25 titles in Loughborough and Sunderland.

In Loughborough’s event, Kyle came through 3 three-setters, twice coming back from a set down, en route to the final where he had a straight sets victory over Poland’s Martyn Pawelski 6-4, 6-4.

The following week, Kyle displayed more positive tennis in Sunderland where he beat Hamish Stewart in the final 7-5, 3-6, 6-3. Encouraging signs for Kyle who has been sidelined with injury for the last couple of years.

It’s great to see him back in action and back to winning ways, these titles must feel extra special as he continues his comeback. Well done Kyle!
