Please join us for an afternoon’s tennis on the beautiful grass courts of St. George’s Hill, Weybridge, Surrey on Tuesday 10th September.

We will be running an informal (and very friendly) round robin tournament, plus a Masterclass, hosted by the Head Pro of the Club, David Collins, who will be joined by one of our own Tennis First Grantees.  So this is a fantastic chance to play tennis with a future star and see for yourself just how impressive they are!

The 'National' Golf Challenge

Opening round at Edgbaston Golf Club, 29.3.19

The ‘National’ Golf Challenge is a fun competition for teams of four. The Opening Rounds will take place from spring until early summer at courses from Birmingham to Brighton. Winners of the Opening Rounds will progress, perhaps via Regional Finals, to the National Finals in September.

The competition is for teams of four; playing in two separate pairs with pairs from other teams; with the best score of each pair at each hole contributing to the final team Stableford points score. Each entrant will pay a green fee of £50 but will receive a basket of gifts and offers to a value of at least half of the green fee paid.

Running alongside the Challenge is a sweepstake in which the main prize will be a trip for 2 to Le Golf National near Paris, with golf on the Albatross course, where the 2018 Ryder Cup was contested.

To reserve a team at Edgbaston, please email Ken Weatherley on  You can also download the Edgbaston poster and booking form (with a list of all the venues taking part) here: Rules and booking form
